Memorial Junior High and the INCharge personalized learning program have been highlighted by Fox 23 News. Although hundreds of schools around the nation are using Summit Learning, Memorial was the only junior high in the state to use the platform during this past school year. Both our principal, Mrs. Bunnell, and our superintendent, Dr. Gist, praised the program for allowing students to work at their own pace and for improving school attendance and enthusiasm for learning. • A Note from the 7th Grade Staff
In an effort to support students who need to catch up on their INCharge Platform, beginning the week of January 8th, select students will be staying in their core class during elective time. We hope that students take advantage of this opportunity! Students can also be working on their platform outside of school. Remember, a student must have all Projects and Power Focus Areas completed by the end of the school year in order to be promoted to 8th grade.
