Tulsa Public Schools is thrilled to announce the recipients of the Superintendent Scholarship Award. Out of the 34 applications submitted, eleven students were selected to receive the award. Those students are:
- Tyla Webb from Central High School
- LeAnn Turk from East Central High School
- Stella Thomas from Edison Preparatory
- Savannah Asher from Hale High School
- Juan Dominguez from McLain High School
- James Sampson from Memorial High School
- Anahi Serna from Rogers High School
- Ava Kirchmer from Booker T. Washington High School
- William Freeman from Webster High School
- Evaristo Galan Valenzuela from Tulsa MET
Each student was awarded a $1,000 scholarship. The award is sponsored by The Foundation for Tulsa Schools and Sodexo. Since we were unable to hold the annual scholarship banquet, each winner also received a dinner delivery through DoorDash to celebrate their accomplishment.
